Returns & Shipping


We accept returns for store credit or exchange only.  Eligible merchandise must be accompanied by the completed return merchandise form that is enclosed in your package upon delivery.

Your exchange must be shipped back within 7 days of the delivery date.  We will notify you via email once your store credit has been processed.

Intimates are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

We will gladly exchange all other items in original condition.  Must be free of makeup stains, deodorant, odors, must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed.  Original tags must still be attached.

If you need your item in an alternate size please contact us immediately as our merchandise tends to sell quickly.  We will do our best to facilitate different sizing, but cannot guarantee that we will have your size available.

If you receive a defective item please contact us upon receipt, and we will do our best to replace the item for you. No additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred by the customer.

We do not offer refunds at The Black Marketplace.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for store credit or exchange.

We do not refund shipping fees.  The buyer is responsible for shipping fees.  We recommend using tracking or insurance when shipping a return as we are not responsible for lost packages. 

Cancellation policy

Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled.  Please be a mindful shopper when placing your order.

2-Day Shipping is available on select items, please contact us for availability and we can invoice you for shipping.

Some of our items are supplied by vendors overseas, these items will have delayed shipping times (up to 20 days).

Items may come in separate packages as they are fulfilled by multiple vendors.

The Black Marketplace signature items, please allow 3-7 business days for processing and shipping.  We are a small team!  We try to get out everything as timely as possible.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by carrier.
